The main contents of WPC (Wood Polymer/Plastic Composite) are wood fiber/ flour, thermoplastics (includes PE/PP/ PVC etc…) mixed with mineral fillers, Chemical additives and Colour pigments that has gone through 100 % safe processes which do not cause air or water pollution.
WPC is recyclable and Environment friendly material.Due to high cellulose content of Wood admix with the other compounding substances; WPC can be cut, nailed, screwed, drilled like wood. The “screw holding” capacity depends on “Density”. Different wood has different density (like density of pine wood is @550 to 600, Burma Teak @700 to 800 Meranti @ 800 To 900, Malaysian salwood @850 to 950 kg/m3. In WPC We can manufacture the “required density” of WPC and we can get desire ‘screw holding capacity’ compare to wood by controlling “Density” during the process of manufacturing. Additionally polymer is one of the main compounding substance, WPC has minimum expansion / contraction capability due to moisture and temperature variation.

WPC “MONO” FINISH DOOR FRAME
Prepare/make a door frame of require size & shape from “Mono” finished door frame profile of our company. sharp, finished cornerscan be obtained by fixing two profiles with the help of angle/khuniya” (readyly available) in all hardware shops after cutting it at 45 degree through aluminum profile cutter.
There are two methods of fixing/erracting “Mono” finished door frames. They are as below.

• Conventional Method:
  After preparing required size door frame we can erract it through hold fast at the time of brick masonary and plaster the wall
• Screw Fitting Method:
  We can errect a frame after completion of brick masonary and plastered surface with minimum 100mm length screw. We can fill the hole with putty, m-seal etc…
  We can paint or polish the “mono” Finished Frame as we get on natural wooden frame.

We can make open able window frame with the combination of center mullion and peripheral membrane. we can use “Mono” finish door frame profile as peripheral member and suitable center mullion. 2 & 4 Rivet options available in suitable profile.
We can also make window glass and mosquito net shutter with 70mm x 30mm WPC profile having WPC biding.
